Y/PROJECT offers free standard domestic delivery on all orders.
Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Important information : Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused, amongst other, by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (CEST) will be shipped the same day. During the sales period, a large number of orders can result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9 AM — 6 PM on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address (recommended).

We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through UPS.com.

The prices of products are Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

For customers in France and Europe, VAT for the shipping cost will be added at the checkout.

For all orders shipping outside of the EU, import and duty taxes may apply. Customs policies vary from country to country, and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Y/PROJECT insures each product during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the product passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Y/PROJECT.

All orders are shipped with UPS and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.
